Error Communication MP177

Hello everybody

I come to you after i tried to communicate with my panel a thousands time with many differents way (Ethernet, PPI/RS232, MPI , USB ... and PRAYERSSSSS )


I have a MultiPanel MP177 OEM 6" TOUCH (6AV6642 7EA10-0GG0) (Image V1.0.2.2_01.31 WINDOWS CE 5.0)

I used WINCCFLEXIBLE 2008 SP2 (Upd2/3/10/12/13) and SP3 too (Prosave 7.4.4 & Prosave 9)

And i could't communicate or transfert anything to my MP177

N.B : other way i used WINCC PROFESSTIONEL V11.0 SP2 (TIA) and i communicated with my MP177 but i couldn't transfert project

the message that i get each time i want to transfert is (Download can not be performed. the created configuration is intended for a different device than that currently connected) !!!!!!!!!!!!

You have set the IP address on the MP177 ?
And you can ping the MP177 from your PC ?
And on the panel, the enethernet port is enabled for transfer of the project ?
You havent by chance selected a "Mobile" Panel, in sted of a "Multi" Panel when you setup the project the first time ?
The message that appears, does it possibly say that the firmware version is different, rather than the device type ?

I already set up the IP Adresses in my Multi Panel MP177 and My PC, and the ping was positive

I enabled ETHERNET Transfert, and i selected Multi Panel MP177

the reference that I have is (6AV6642 7EA10-0GG0 that i couldn't find it on siemens store !!!!! )
