What are the file exstensions for rs-logix 5, 500 and 5000 activation files? I am having trouble finding them on my laptop and it will not go and find them on its own.

The old-style "EVRSI" was EVRSI.sys. It's a system file and might be hidden from your operating system. They are conventionally stored in the root directory "C:\".

The modern FactoryTalk Activations are *.lic files and are stored (at least on my Windows 7 Professional x64 computer) in C:\Users\Public\Documents\Rockwell Automation\Activations
