XV-102-h3-70twrl-10 how to get the file that is running on this HMI

I have no experience with Eaton HMIs. I downloaded the Galileo software and I am trying to get the file on a HMI (XV-102-H3-70twrl-10) to modify a few things.

You can only get the file if the programmer uploaded the source with the project. I think you are out of luck if they didn’t do that.

If they did how would I be able to retrieve the file?

I am not sure if they uploaded the source.

There’s a button on the side of the panel. Press it and the Galileo application will stop. See if there is a BACKUP directory with a zip file in it. This could be on the panel’s file system or on a storage card that is in the panel. If you can’t find that then you are out of luck.
