E-Designer communicating to J1939

I am using an E1101 touch panel and talking to a Cummins engine using J1939. I need to know how to request a pgn. I know how to display values of pgn's that are automatically transmitted but I need to request pgn #65253. I know I need to use pgn #59904 for requesting the pgn I want but am not sure how to do it in E-Designer software and where to do it so it requests it continuously.
