Magellis OIT SD CARD ERROR

Hi guys, I tried to replace the memory card of XBT GK5330 Series OIT( scneider electric) into higher capacity but why there is an out of memory error? Should I format first the memory card before using? On what format? The SD card we are using is Sandisk Ultra II.

You cant just use a normal sd card. Sometimes it works sometimes it doesnt depending on make and model. Even the ones that work do have some glitches. Buy the official schneider sd card or just use a normal usb memory stick if your vijeo designer is v6 and higher

Thanks Chud..sorry, its not SD card, its CF card (Sandisk Ultra II). We're using same card successfully before, we just upgraded the size.
By the way we are using V5.0 Vijeo Designer.
