Hey guys,

I'm sure you guys are familiar with TwinCAT.

And everytime I restart it I get an error saying:

TwinCAT System Service
Init18\IO: SERCOS Phase 4: SERCOS Phase 4 for Device 1 >>AdsWarning 1817... Bla bla...
 
you will have to tell more like your ystem and what program version etc.
and better to use the twincat or codesys site.
