factorytalk machine edition

i want to open this application but i have an old version can you help me to open it and i awant to convert it from (.mer) to (.apa)and which version can open it

That file was made in a protected mode and cannot be converted.

Also, if i remember correctly, converting to a .APA will not help you because you need the version the .APA was made on to open the .APA. If it was able to be converted to a development file, you would most likely still need to update your Factorytalk View Studio ME.

Only person that can help you modify this program is whoever originally created it. Get them to give you an .APA file.
