factorytalk machine edition

That file was made in a protected mode and cannot be converted.

Also, if i remember correctly, converting to a .APA will not help you because you need the version the .APA was made on to open the .APA. If it was able to be converted to a development file, you would most likely still need to update your Factorytalk View Studio ME.
