Hi! its regarding Remote control wiring in Conveyor system. This system has 7 Car body carrier moving around on the Conveyor. Each one carrier has individual PLC control panel and communicate with a Station Main PLC Panel. They used very old 3rd party Remote control system (Daifuku RBC) to send and receive I/O signals. For the transmission signal cable from master to slave, it is via "Current Collector Conductor".

We are going to upgrade this system due to obsolete model and high maintenance cost. (Mitsubishi 'A series to Q series)

My question is, can I use CC Link cable wiring via "Current Collector Conductor". Do you think CC Link Error will occur when the Carrier moves around?
Kindly give me some solution.
Thank you
