Hi Guys,

I am looking for some nice and attractive graphics for HMI and SCADA. Any idea where and how can I create them.

your suggestions will be much appreciated.

What type of scada package do you have? Many of them come with the factory symbol toolbox which is a good start.

Thank you for the reply, I am using FT View SE and I understand there are built in graphic tools. However, I want to use additional graphics for buttons and other stuff.

I usually use Google Images when I need something additional

There's a very popular HMI image toolset called "Symbol Factory", from Reichard Software.

RA started including an edition of it with FactoryTalk View in version 6.

Most of the graphics in AdvancedHMI were created with Adobe Illustrator. You can duplicate any image in the Symbol Factory using Inkscape (free vector graphic editor), but to do the photo realistic graphics, it will also take a bit of an artistic side and patience.

Sometimes you can find things on iStockPhoto or VectorStock
