Hello this is my first post in the site. I got a MP277 that is stuck on bootloader page so I know I got to try to reset to factory defaults and read all about it via the forums at Siemens. So I downloaded Prosave to do it but since I don't have wincc I don't have the .img file to compete the process. Is there anyway to get the img file on its own or something? I am in desperate need cause this one system shut me down so any help would be greatly appreciated. I am willing to paypal anyone money too if I can get this file. Not trying to break any rules just saying, very desperate.
