Hi, i have a NT20M programmable terminal with a NT600M serial interface installed in a old machine. everything work except that i want to backup the program but i cant communicate with it. I tried with support tool 4.8 but i have this error message "incompatible PT hardware connected" After that i tried with an older version of support tool; 2.33 but again im not able to communicate. Is it the same cable between 4.8 and 2.33? If i am not wrong 4.8 support tool support NT20M?
Can it be possible that my problem came from my lap-top? ntss2.33 only use com1 or 2 and when i use nt support tool 4.8 i must use the com5
