Hi.

I am trying to connect Allen-Bradley SLC 5/04 with Vijeo Citect over DF1.
In Vijeo Citect I used the DF1 Drivers and KE500 Protocol.

But now when I am trying to address an Integer Tags, I am getting error saying "Bad IO Device Variable"

What should be the ADDRESS FORMAT for INTEGER & DIGITAL data types for such DF1 IO Device ?

Hi meghnesh, do a search using "Citect to SLC500 communication help required" you will get the info required to connect a PLC to Citect via serial RS232 (DF1). Re addressing, you use the same as SLC500/RSLogix500, i.e internal bit digital= B3:0/0
