Failed to Initialized the service

Hi Everyone,

I'm newbie here, i would like to ask. Does anyone know how to fix the "Failed to Initialized the service" error in FTView SE.

Client? Server? Studio? Version? Operating System?

In general, with any problem on FTView SE, uninstall everything (preferably format the computer, and reinstall the OS), then re-install. If that doesn't work, try again.
