FactoryTalk View & VGA Signal

Does anybody know if it's possible to bring in an external video signal to a Panel PC running FactoryTalk View ME and bring up that signal in the application?

My idea is to run a Keyence measurement system whose visual output is via a VGA cable and be able to see it within the FTView ME application.

Anybody doing this in one way or another?
