1756-l73s controllogix safety processor

I am setting up a new system to replace a PLC5 system.
I am setting up 2 Ethernet cards in slot 10 & 11.
1st one has an IP from the controls integrator. I tried to change the IP offline in the properties and downloaded.
Properties shows desired IP but card is still scrolling old IP
on its display. also tried going into run and powering down.
What am I missing??

In the properties for the card I just found a second spot to enter the IP. working now.
