Hi,

I have been looking around and cannot seem to find what I am after, hopefully someone here may have seen one.

It is for a little home project, I have an underfloor heating system which is controlled by a pump and a manual valve at the moment. The pipe work is 22mm.

What I would like to do is find a motorised valve with an analogue output which I can connect to a PLC/controller.

It needs to be 22mm input/output for water
240Vac/any DC input
mA or V output for signal processing.

I also want a thermometer to suit, what I have found so far is this:

Linky

Does anyone know of anything?

Thanks.

This stuff is probably not for those on a budget but we use a lot of Sauter stuff for Boiler/Steam/Water controls.

Works very good and last a long time.

I found a type of valve you may be interested in but you will need to find the correct controller to go with it on Sauters site or call a Sauter Rep in your area to work with you.

http://www.sauter-controls.com/en/products-sauter/product-details/pdm/vcl010032-2-way-control-valve-valveco.html

check out their entire site, they are bound to have what you need.

I second Sauter :).

Use this actuator:

http://www.sauter-controls.com/pdm/docs/en_ds_en712323.pdf

eBay has some used ones listed, they are a little bit expensive, but worth the money imho.

@ boneless.
Yep thats the ones we have. (Well...I know that you know this already)(y)

@ OP
But they fit a different type of valve so just make sure you match the correct actuator to the correct valve.

The valve I posted above uses something more like this:

http://www.sauter-controls.com/pdm/docs/en_ds_en474894.pdf

But these seem to only work as position proportional, and would work from up/down, on/off signals from your thermostat or other controller.

If you can match a valve up to the controler boneless posted then those can be configured to run as True Analog or P.P.

On the Sauder home page I gave you link to you will see a full line of temperature control theromstats, also.
