S7-1500 Analog Input card diagnostics

Hello All,

In a S7-1500 with an AI8 Card, I enabled all diagnostic options. My question is how can I read this in my application and produce alarms. Pls see attached.

I suppose I have to use the GET_DIAG block but I am not sure about the parameters.
