hi.. i have a reactive power meter..i would like to visible in my HMI.the hmi has built in analog input module..that allow different input signals.the reactive power meter ranges from -100 to 100 mVar.. using 0 to 20mA.. 0mA in -100 and 20mA in 100... is it correct?? because someone told me that i should used -20 to 0 mA in range -100 to 0.. and 0 to 20mA in 0 to 100....

my idea is only 0 to 20mA,, -100 to 100...

THanks

If the output is a normal 4-20mA output, 4ma would probably indicate -100, 12ma would indicate 0, and 20 would indicate +100.

As always, check the actual manual. I don't have it in front of me.
