ISPsoft problem

Hello, This is the first time that I use delta ISpsoft. I am trying to use the online simulator "DVP simulator". I have ISP soft version 2.05 and Commgr v. 1.04 . When I use the DVP simulator .. the connection succeed but after a 2 second , I receive this image.
