Panelview plus processor temperature

Good day

i am trying to see the processor temperature of the terminal.

I have 2 x 2711P-T10C4D9 , and 2711PC-T10C4D8

in the about terminal on the panelview,
it shows me the page with battery voltage and processor temp but the temp is 0.00 degres.
But if i look on the winCE desktop checker, it shows me the correct temp around 33degres.

any idea on why its not displaying on the terminal?
