Gents,

I've an Allen Bradley Kinetix 6000 Sercos servo system with 2 motors on a rigid construction.
Both motors have the same gear ratio to the construction.
I connect both motors with a MAG instruction with a ratio 1:1.
When I start a motion instruction there appears a great difference in torque feedback between both motors, something like 250 for the master and 50 for the slave.
What can cause this?

Thanks in advance!

Jack

In meantime, I had the same idea, and programmed it already.
I will test it today.

I'm not sure if I use the right steps on this system. This is what I do:
-fault reset all drives
-MSO on both drives
-MAG drive 1 master and drive 2 slave
-MAH on drive 1 ( bi directional forward ) When completed:
-MAH on drive 2 ( immediately )
-2x MAG both drives to the Virtual Master
-several MAM's for all movements

Is this the right sequence to get it all work together?
