VijeoCitect SCADA Pri/Sec Server Redundancy Discrepancy

Hi Friends,

I'm working on a Redundancy discrepancy on our VijeoCitect SCADA, The Primary can not take over when the Secondary Server goes down.

I have checked the Citect .ini file bearing the configuration settings for the Primary server with the Back up .ini file. All configuration seems ok.

Please guys, have you come across this? if yes, please what is the possible fix?
