FactoryTalk View - Another Issue

Hi,

PC locked up whilst creating runtime file at clients. in the end I had option but to hard boot the PC. On rebooting I get the following when attempting to open factorytalk view:-

failed to restore the archived version of the factorytalk system directory. See help or your system administrator to restore the archived factory talk system directory
