I am stock at a communication problem

I have a mix of Standard and Safety IO in my ET 200, the standard modules are OK, but my safety gives me an error.

I have been true IP address and device name and doubled checked everything I can think of, but no luck.

Please if anyone have a idea to what I need to check

Have you assigned the F addresses?
Right the safety click modules

Have not used Fail Safe ET200S modules, do they have the address dip switches on the back like the ET200M has?

ET200SP do not have dip switches like the ET200S/200M do
