I'm pretty that you can not edit structured text while online. You will need to take an upload, go offline, then download.

You can online edit RSLogix 5K structured text.

You'll need to have a suitable version of Logix 5000/Logix Designer. If you have Full or Professional versions, you will have the ST editor included. For the earlier versions, they are available separately as add-ons.

And yes, ST is editable online.
