Install Error Rslogix5000

Well i got this generated just when i tried to update the Rslogix5000 version 16 what can i do?? any help? thanks a lot

Please don't open a nearly decade-old thread with another dump of installation information with no context (like what OS you are using and what other versions are installed).

Do a clean install or use a virtual machine.

Its a newly installed os. still the problem is there.

Being a "newly installed OS" does not tell me which Windows OS it is.

Rockwell Automation has a good "Product Compatibility" website:

RSLogix 5000 Version 16 compatible with Windows XP SP3, but not with Windows Vista, Windows 7, Windows 8, or Windows 10.

If I remember right, make sure you have .net framework 1.1 sp1 installed on your machine before installing v16

Its is Windows XP SP3.

It is already installed from the disk.

As a "last" resort, I think the support is free for installation troubles.
When we have this kind of strange error, it has always been solved with an install in another vmware.
