S7 MMC 4Mb *.S7img

Hi guys,

I am trying to upgrade (Firmware upgrade) my cpu315-2dp but I don't have a MMC card bigger than 2Mb. So if someone have 4Mb s7img file i would appreciate it if he share it with us.

8mb image file doesn't fit to my card. I have original siemens card 6es7953-8lj31-0aa0

Thx for your reply. Yes I have check those threads and you can find everything there just not 4MB s7img file so that why i have posted here.

So if someone has this image I would really appreciate for sharing. THX in advance.
