I have a Emerson Motion Controller
Control Techniques Ei202 servo drive Indexing
With motor NTE-207-CONS Brushless servo motor
Issue 1
Every so often the drive powers loses its application program.
Using Power Tool FM v4.2 I download the application and
then operation is normal.
Issue2
Every so often I get fault u (Low DC Bus)
The fault will not reset
after a period of time. (Drive is powered during this time)
The fault can be reset ..
The drive is powered with 120VAC single phase.
During the fault period I measure the following
118 VAC acrross LI and L2
156 VDC across the BUS (+ -)
The customer said they have power issues but could no elaborate any further.
Any suggestions or has anyone else experienced this ????
