Does GE RX3i have a "Rate of Change" FBD or?

I need to alarm on an analog signal that changes to fast or "Spikes".

There's no native rate of change function block or instruction that i'm aware of. Maybe some creative use of relational function blocks like compare, greater or equal, less or equal coupled with a timer?

edit: also maybe something worth scripting
