Safety FLT S03 Powerflex 527

Hello,

Currently trying to replace a powerflex 527 drive in a machine for motor rotation. The drive is wired the same way and it is the exact same revision number but the drive comes up with a S03 fault when it powers on. I can see the drive status and the IP address is set.

Any idea why this might happen?

According to the manual, Safety Fault S03 means that the STO pinouts are on when the drive is set to network safety mode:

Page 110 describes the steps to replace the drive.

Is this using wired STO or networked safety?
Is the safety bypass jumper removed from S1, S2, and S+?
