PowerFlex 525 DB Setup

Hello, I have a powerflex 525 to setup the dynamic break for a motor. Currently the powerflex 525 setup are:
45 - 8 (Ramp + EM B, CF)
46 - 5 (Eth/IP)
47 - 15 (Eth/IP)
69 - 15 (EM Brk Cntr)
76 - 29 (Safe-Off)
86 - EM Brk Off Delay - 0.1s
87 - EM Brk On Delay - 0.1s

Should I use Opto Out1 Sel for the break control or Relay Out1 Sel? Thank you.

According to https://rockwellautomation.custhelp.com/app/answers/answer_view/a_id/587578/loc/en_US

"The EM Relay can be connected to either one of the Opto Outputs or the Relay Outputs"
The opto output is rated for 30VDC 50mA.
The relay output is rated for 3A @ 30VDC, or 0.5A inductive at 30VDC
