hitachi hizac e-20hr

Hey guys, got to work on this thing and I have no idea how old it is or if the software is right and I cant seem to find a PLC to pc cable to suit does anyone still use these things and can someone please give me a little insight it will be great tried contacting hitachi direct and im sure its the office joke.

It says something called 'Pro-H' is the programming software.

It also looks like the box can communicate over RS-232.
