I have a Micro850 that I am learning how to use. How do I make a virtual "display/HMI" for it? Can I use CCW and just add a display?

I don't think CCW has the ability to simulate an HMI application, though strangely, it will simulate a PLC.
Maybe checkout AdvancedHMI, it has a Micro800 communication driver, so you could build an HMI application with it. It's free and uses Visual Studio, also free, to develop your applications.
