I have an Omron NT21 that has replaced a NT20M. I was able to get the old program off the NT20M using Support Tool V2.1. When we purchased the new NT21, we also purchased NT Support tool V4.81 to communicate with it. My problem is that I can not import the 2.1 version to the 4.81 version. I have also tried using v3.2 Support Tool as a step. Could someone direct me to some manuals for this?

Thanks
Denny

Mistake

Sorry guys. I found what I needed in Appendix B of the 4.81 manual. I forgot the old fashion way of cracking a book instead of PDF's. Please ignore the post as I can't seem to delete it.
