Thank you to everyone that has helped .
Finally got it figured out with a little help from a technotehyperterminal to basic technote .
the odd part is that the technote was in ab's download/utilities section.
Okiebob Is prt2 configured properly? You say you can talk to the watlow from the pc is that a connection right to it?
If that is a yes then you should be able to connect the pc to prt2 as well.
