1756 DHRIO/C Faulting Out 18F1 Code

Has anyone seen this 18F1 fault code before? Haven't been able to find in any manuals.

In this condition, ChA DH+ indicator is OFF, ChB DH+ indicator is solid GREEN.

We reset the card (remove and reinsert into slot 11) and all is well again, until the next morning.

Never mind... got it.

Error 18F1:
1 = Channel A
8 = DH+ Interface Task
F1 = Connection-related fault

We think we've traced it back to a frayed wire on one of the DH+ connectors.
