1756-L61 Firmware Update

Is it true if I update the firmware of my rev 13 1756-L61 Controller to rev 15, I cannot flash back to rev 13 after I'm finished testing at rev 15?
 
No problem; I go back and forth with 1756-L6x controller firmware all the time.

The 1756-L61 can run firmware versions 12, 13, 15, 16, and 17.
