Hi there,

I have a small set-up of redundancy system with

1756-L81E
1756-EN2TR
1756-RM2

but I need 3 ethernet ports for my system. I have already used 2 ethernet ports from EN2TR. When I tried to use the controller's ethernet port, I couldn't use it.

Is there any way I can use that or due to redundancy enable, I cannot use controllers' ethernet port?

Thanks

Front Ethernet port is not enabled in L8 redundancy.
It's also removed from the I/O tree.
Should be note in the redundancy manual.

1756-UM015, page 13
Features Not Supported
• Compact 5000 I/O
The embedded Gigabit Ethernet port of the controller.
• DeviceNet(1), ControlNet, RIO, DH+ networks..
