1769sc-IF8u for Compactlogix

I have a problem with 1769sc-IF8u module ver 1.1 and demo serial number.
I already install the 2.0 profile of that module and also download the eds file.
I'm using RSLogix 5000 rev 17 in our program but whenever we download the program, the module gave an 16#0118 error code, which means "Module Configuration Rejected: Format Error".

How to solve it?
