Dear Sir,
At our site we have 1785-L40C15 E/C plc with Firmware Revision 5.3 installed, and same is communicating with 1771-ACNR15 B/G with min. FW Revision 1.7 & Max. FW Revision is 2.3. Now, We are installing New controllogix chasis for ether-net communication to same 1785-L40C15 with 1756-CNBR/E with Revision 11.005 and 1756-ENBT with Revision 6.004. But it is not commutating after done the all the necessary steps.
Please help us to solve this problem.
