32 Point Flex/IO Question

Hey there, this is my first time trying to use flex io with more than 16 inputs. I am wiring a 1794-IB32 and have looked at the sheet here: https://literature.rockwellautomation.com/idc/groups/literature/documents/in/1794-in093_-en-p.pdf but I am not quite sure how to access the IO on 16-31. Do I actually have to wire all 43, 45, 47, and 49 contacts to access any of the remaining IO?

Hi, so what I see from the manual (P. 7) one needs to wire 43, 45, 47, 49 t to V2 24VDC and V2 0VDC to 44, 46, 48, 50 to get 16 - 31 to work. Hope this helps.
