5 Barcode readers to an S7 313 ?

I have 5 Sick Barcode readers using 3 Sick CDM interface units I need to interface to an S7 313. They are all currently configured for RS 232.
The single MPI port is already being used for my display..

Any clues, and any pitfalls. Or should I give up and go sit in a corner quietly dribbling and rocking back and forth....??
