5069-OBV8S/A Safety Output card

Hi PLCs.net!

I had some questions about using the Safety Output Card, I have aL310ERMS2 with V32 in it.

I have tried to use the PLC to energize the Local:3:O.Pt00.Data boolean using OTE, but that has not helped.
LA Power is connected properly. The output pins have no connection to them.

When I put a multimeter on the card, I'm getting a pulsating output I THINK. I don't have an oscilloscope in my lab, so it's a little limited.

Does anyone know how to properly configure the PLC Tag?

This was the situation that I had where there was a spare safety output on my rack and I decided to use for my control power on LED lamp. There needs to be a sufficient load on the output otherwise it detects "Open wire". Try turning on a relay coil instead of empty load, then meter and check it out.
