I've experiencing problems regarding the decimal equivalent to mA reading of each channel.

Based on 1746 NO4I manual, the equivalents are:

1. Decimal: 6242-31208 = Current: 4-20 mA
2. Decimal: 0-31208 = Current: 0-20 mA

I've tested both options using 5 point test but it seems that the mA output of the module is not linear with the decimal equivalent. Only 4mA at 6242 decimal is the one that is close. The max decimal 31208 is at 17mA Reading directly measured from the channel. Ive tried to replace the modules but still no luck. Am i missing some configurations like programming beace the advance config of the module is disabled.

Thanks

What is the VOLTAGE output at the terminals when you are measuring 17mA?
My first thought is that your load resistance is too low, and the module can't source enough current.

Can you compare to another module or output channel?
