Try IPassigned from Phoenix contact, seems to work better than bootp for bootp devices.

just scroll down to where it says software in the download area... hard to find in a general downloads area.
I Wiresharked the traffic yesterday. The PI requests an IP via BootP. The BootP server assigns the PI an IP and then the PI sends a TFTP request to the server requesting a boot file. Where can I find a boot file for a PI? Is this something I can create?
