We have simulated the complete set up with for ABB ACS800 Drive outside panel.
But we keep getting alarm “ DC UNDER VOLTAGE “
On Display we can see DC BUS BAR VOLTAGE KEEP fluctuating BETWEEN 160 to 280 voltage.

Can any one suggest HOW DC bus voltage is sensed by AINT-02 C card in ACS800

Thanks

Measure the line voltage into the drive at U1 V1 & W1 and make sure it is within the drive limits.
What is your drive rated for input line volts?

The ACS800's lowest functional DC voltage is around 265vdc and that would be for a unit built specifically for 208VAC input voltage.

The formula to determine this is (minimum listed input voltage x .9 x 1.414).

Your simulator should determine Low Voltage Alarm using the same values.
