Can the 'X7'port of ABB-ACS850 VFD(Port to connect control panel or PC) be used to connect with PLC system through 'MODBUS TCP/IP' protocol...?

I don't think so. I believe the keypad communications is Modbus Plus

I think Dick means Modbus RTU.
