Hello,

How it possible for Modbus Protocol on Ethernet Communication in PACSystem RX7i GE Fanuc PLC. which module I have to used for the same?

Any of the CPU's or the IC698ETM001 Ethernet module can handle Modbus/TCPIP communications to slaves, you should check the documentation to verify that they would respond to a Master.
