acopos 1320 error

Does anyone know what waiting for telegram error means? Its one short red error light blink every three seconds on the drive.

The above URL is a list of ACOPOS Error Texts.
The telegram messages refer to the CAN bus communications.

Thanks, thats where I found it meant waiting for telegram, but not what that means. Some comm error..

If I use a known cross cable for the connection twixt IF686 card and drive, I get 3 quick flashes which is "Buss off"

Im not sure whether the other cable is cross or straight
