Does any know of an ASCII program I can use to extract this plc program with?
you can use the programs A020 or DO_LOGAK, you'll find them in this file as "application"

They are very old MS-DOS programs, work well on a PC-286 (years 1985 and later). On the recent PCs the serial port does not work.
